MyCrossFit gym is a place for strength training and conditioning.

We train in groups, use functional movements in our routines and
deliver an effective programme based on interval training and circuits.

With skilled professional coaching and a passion for the health and well-being of our members, we work closer with you to achieve your goals and get results.

What makes us different to every other gym is the way we train. You're never just left alone with a program to work through.

We flip tires, climb ropes, swing kettlebells and utilise body weight training to achieve general prepared fitness that is practical in everyday life.

Every class is a group class and is structured to give you support, encouragement and personalised training, not just once or twice a month, but every time you come in.
